Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Rufflock. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Email our customer service team at Harryosborne121@Googlemail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please note, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once accepted, post your item back to:

Rufflock, Walnut Cottage, Lambert Marsh, Southwick, BA14 9PD, UK

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, Rufflock will cover the cost of return shipping. 

Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or ordered by mistake, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund within 5 days after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, once the item is received back to Rufflock, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
